At Metallic Fire, we are committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and with care.

 

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

 

Delivery Times & Charges (Pakistan)

Standard nationwide delivery takes 2–5 business days. Major cities such as Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore and Karachi typically receive orders within 2–3 business days, while remote areas may take 4–7 business days. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan, and we offer free shipping on all orders over Rs 5,000.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

 

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us within 48 hours at zainabsalik9@gmail.com and we will make it right.

 

A Note on Safety

All lighters are shipped empty (without fuel) in full compliance with courier safety regulations. Butane refills are inexpensive and widely available locally.
